As a specialized aluminum boat manufacturer, Qingdao Ground Boat Co., Ltd. Was set up in 2014. The factory covers an area of 3000 square meters on the west coast of Qingdao City, with an annual capacity of 300 units currently, our company is small but growing. Because of this, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and ability to customize boats as per customer request. We are committed to high performance aluminum alloy boat design, R& D, fabrication and export. Our factory director, workers and welders have more than 15 years aluminum boat building experience, and they once built 50 meters boat which was the longest aluminum boat in all of Asia.

For boat production, we focus on our welding technique to ensure the boats′ safety and quality. We are very proud of our welding technology and procedures. All our welders were trained for 3 years by an Australia master instructor and they each hold the CCS welding certificate. We clean, weld, back chip, clean again, then weld and Grind to ensure every weld bead is strong and aesthetically pleasing without any tiny spaces or spots. This guarantees we can keep our constant supreme quality. We use top grade 5083 marine aluminum plate certified by CCS as our only choice for boat materials. We build our own fuel tanks with 4mm-5mm plate with seam welds both inside and out, to ensure it′s safe, strong and durable.

Our design team can meet the individual requirements of different customers and offer technical support and services. Besides this we also have a long-time collaboration with a local famous ship design institute to ensure our designs are robust. Boat testing is compulsory for each hull after completion to ensure all our boat designs are safe, stylish, durable, fast and seaworthy. We are confident our boats will meet your needs.
